Not Dead
I haven't blogged lately since not that much has happened. However, the blog is getting dusty…So here's what's been going on.
I've been volunteering at the local Senior Nutrition Center for the past week and a bit. The center delivers lunches to home-bound seniors and serves lunch to area seniors with transportation. They just need someone to help out in the kitchen for about an hour doing leg work and some lifting, so I fit the bill (young, healthy, and willing). Plus I get free lunch. ^_^
I got some graphite pencils and am experimenting with them to figure out the best method of shading. I got them on a 40% off sale. Dancing soon followed.
And I got some new shoes (finally) on the same trip to town. My old shoes were getting rather battered, so new shoes were necessary.
